Founder

I started MoveCB because I believe movement can change more than your body. It can change your life.

I’m here to build a community where everyone feels welcome, supported and inspired to keep showing up.

I wrote the book I couldn’t find.

Steadier is a collection of short truths for when life feels full and you can’t quite find your footing. Not a self-help manual. Not a programme with steps to follow. Just honest, simple words you can open anywhere and actually use.

One page. One idea. Whenever you need it.

Dip into a page whenever life feels loud.
