Build steadier bodies and calmer minds - without fixing, forcing or starting over again

Movement, mindset and support for people who are tired of restarting and just want things to feel more manageable.

Here movement is part of a wider rhythm alongside work, relationships, energy and life as it actually is.

Things don’t need to be perfect to be consistent.

They just need to make sense.

MoveCB is a space built around:

  • Steadiness over intensity.

  • Rhythm over motivation.

  • Consistency over reinvention.

Over time things feel easier and you stop starting again.

Fitness doesn’t need to be loud to be effective.

MoveCB exists to build steadier bodies and calmer minds - without fixing, forcing or starting over again.

Progress doesn’t come from doing more, trying harder or ‘fixing’ yourself. It comes from building steadiness first.

Hi I’m Catherine.

I’ve spent years helping people train their bodies. I saw too many people being asked to push harder when what they actually needed was support.

I built MoveCB because I wanted a way of moving and living that didn’t require constant pushing.

Movement is the anchor, life is the context.

I help you make small shifts with steady support, so life feels more manageable - not harder.
